Fellowship Alumni

Venture for Canada Alumni entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial leaders in Canada and abroad. Alumni are founders, executives, high-performing individual contributors in the technology, social enterprise and non-profit sector. 100% of VFC Alumni want to launch a business or side-hustle according to our 2019 update survey. As of 2020 we have 50/50 gender parity and have launched diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Opportunities include sponsoring Alumni events, providing mentorship or other services, or seeking engaged volunteers. The Alumni Council governs the VFC Alumni body in collaboration with VFC staff. The VFC Alumni Council organizes connect events, on-going learning opportunities for Alumni and provides strategic advice to Venture for Canada. We've partnered with SheEO, Legacy Conference at the University of Ottawa, Elevate and other post-secondaries to enhance their events. Email: info@ventureforcanada.ca
