Shaun Cawley is an entrepreneur, consumer of experiences, and a Senior Talent and HR professional. Shaun has been involved with scaling people and teams to include both internal and distributed workforces internationally. He believes in creating employee experiences that are unique and individualized. He is well known for his forward thinking views to build for the long term success. Shaun had been challenging the status quo in HR for the past 10+ years in roles with NAV Canada, Mxi Technologies, Clearco, Shopify, both in the private and public sector. Shaun has a Masters in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University. Shaun is an active participant in several community boards as a volunteer and mentor.
